We were both super happy. Also while browsing around in the front glass cabinet I saw a new Samsung S20 that I really liked so while I was there I bought a new phone. I even gave my old phone to the guys behind the counter for free . I know my son and I will definitely be back for phone repairs here . These guys took it as a challenge to fix my old Samsung phone. They charged me very little for fixing my cell phone problem. I got it back today and it works! The folks here were friendly and fast to answer the phone, and when I walked in later that same day, they were able to see me right away. They were familiar with the phone and knew that the cracked glass was just a screen protector. They popped it off without issue, at no charge. I felt really silly not knowing it was a screen protector, but they were sweet and didn't make me feel bad about being dumb lol. I would definitely come here with any phone issues in the future!
