This was my first experience with them, and it was very disappointing!! I drove an hour (one way) to their shop to buy an unlocked used phone that they had listed for sale. I had called to let them know that I was coming for it ahead of time. I got there and the phone wasn't charged at all so I had to wait for it to charge so that I could verify that it worked. I felt like since I notified them that I was on my way to purchase the phone that they could have already done this for me. I purchased the phone and went to my carrier to have it switched over to my account, except my carrier told me that the phone was not unlocked! I contacted them about the issue and they told me to come back to their store for them to take a look. Sure enough after just a few moments they confirmed that it wasn't unlocked as they had told me it was originally. They were nice about it- refunded my money and offered me a basic phone model for a small discount off of the price since it was their mistake. However, the phone that I wanted was better quality and the whole reason that I had made the drive to begin with. I understand that mistakes happen but when you sell used phones, that's one of the main things that has to be checked is the carrier status. I wasted an entire evening (and expensive gas) driving all over Louisville to sort this out, just to walk away empty-handed and severely disappointed.

These guys took it as a challenge to fix my old Samsung phone. They charged me very little for fixing my cell phone problem. I got it back today and it works! The folks here were friendly and fast to answer the phone, and when I walked in later that same day, they were able to see me right away. They were familiar with the phone and knew that the cracked glass was just a screen protector. They popped it off without issue, at no charge. I felt really silly not knowing it was a screen protector, but they were sweet and didn't make me feel bad about being dumb lol. I would definitely come here with any phone issues in the future!
