iPhone 13 Charging Port Replacement

I have used iFix repair experts several times and have been pleased with the work they did. They are great.

They are sensitive to the fact that not having your phone for 3 days is the pits - very good about staying in contact through the repair process

This was my first experience with them, and it was very disappointing!! I drove an hour (one way) to their shop to buy an unlocked used phone that they had listed for sale. I had called to let them know that I was coming for it ahead of time. I got there and the phone wasn't charged at all so I had to wait for it to charge so that I could verify that it worked. I felt like since I notified them that I was on my way to purchase the phone that they could have already done this for me. I purchased the phone and went to my carrier to have it switched over to my account, except my carrier told me that the phone was not unlocked! I contacted them about the issue and they told me to come back to their store for them to take a look. Sure enough after just a few moments they confirmed that it wasn't unlocked as they had told me it was originally. They were nice about it- refunded my money and offered me a basic phone model for a small discount off of the price since it was their mistake. However, the phone that I wanted was better quality and the whole reason that I had made the drive to begin with. I understand that mistakes happen but when you sell used phones, that's one of the main things that has to be checked is the carrier status. I wasted an entire evening (and expensive gas) driving all over Louisville to sort this out, just to walk away empty-handed and severely disappointed.

She came back... read more in the requested time to pick it up to find out that her phone was stolen!!!! THEY LET SOMEONE TAKE HER PHONE OFF THEIR COUNTER BECAUSE THEY NEVER PUT IT AWAY. Update: They fixed their mistake and gave my mom a new phone free of charge and helped her get her data back on her phone and gave her a new sim card without having her pay a dime. She really appreciated the work they did to make everything right for her and apologized and made a police report as well.

I got a used phone and didn't realize that a crack in the glass over top of the camera was just an after-market glass screen protector the previous owner had... read more put on the phone. The folks here were friendly and fast to answer the phone, and when I walked in later that same day, they were able to see me right away. They were familiar with the phone and knew that the cracked glass was just a screen protector. They popped it off without issue, at no charge. I felt really silly not knowing it was a screen protector, but they were sweet and didn't make me feel bad about being dumb lol. I would definitely come here with any phone issues in the future!

I dreaded going to get my camera fixed (Samsung Galaxy S20 5G Ultra) but I walked in and the price was so good I had my screen and rear glass... read more fixed. Definitely a mom and pop feel. I had one little issue after having my phone fixed and they took care of it immediately. Move me to the front of the line and fixed the tiny issue in 20 minutes. Hard to beat a place that stands behind their work. My phone is like brand new.
