The folks here were friendly and fast to answer the phone, and when I walked in later that same day, they were able to see me right away. They were familiar with the phone and knew that the cracked glass was just a screen protector. They popped it off without issue, at no charge. Update: They fixed their mistake and gave my mom a new phone free of charge and helped her get her data back on her phone and gave her a new sim card without having her pay a dime. She really appreciated the work they did to make everything right for her and apologized and made a police report as well.
