Googled places to repair phone in Louisville, I have a very uncommon phones called “SpectraLink Versity 96” and everyone I called said they couldn’t work on it. She came back... read more in the requested time to pick it up to find out that her phone was stolen!!!! THEY LET SOMEONE TAKE HER PHONE OFF THEIR COUNTER BECAUSE THEY NEVER PUT IT AWAY. Update: They fixed their mistake and gave my mom a new phone free of charge and helped her get her data back on her phone and gave her a new sim card without having her pay a dime. She really appreciated the work they did to make everything right for her and apologized and made a police report as well.
