I got a used phone and didn't realize that a crack in the glass over top of the camera was just an after-market glass screen protector the previous owner had... read more put on the phone. The folks here were friendly and fast to answer the phone, and when I walked in later that same day, they were able to see me right away. They were familiar with the phone and knew that the cracked glass was just a screen protector. They popped it off without issue, at no charge. I felt really silly not knowing it was a screen protector, but they were sweet and didn't make me feel bad about being dumb lol. I would definitely come here with any phone issues in the future!

Update: They fixed their mistake and gave my mom a new phone free of charge and helped her get her data back on her phone and gave her a new sim card without having her pay a dime.
