They were familiar with the phone and knew that the cracked glass was just a screen protector. They popped it off without issue, at no charge. I felt really silly not knowing it was a screen protector, but they were sweet and didn't make me feel bad about being dumb lol. I would definitely come here with any phone issues in the future!

Update: They fixed their mistake and gave my mom a new phone free of charge and helped her get her data back on her phone and gave her a new sim card without having her pay a dime. She really appreciated the work they did to make everything right for her and apologized and made a police report as well.
