She came back... read more in the requested time to pick it up to find out that her phone was stolen!!!! THEY LET SOMEONE TAKE HER PHONE OFF THEIR COUNTER BECAUSE THEY NEVER PUT IT AWAY. Update: They fixed their mistake and gave my mom a new phone free of charge and helped her get her data back on her phone and gave her a new sim card without having her pay a dime. She really appreciated the work they did to make everything right for her and apologized and made a police report as well.

My experience was amazing. Took care of my needs and will be back

I even gave my old phone to the guys behind the counter for free . I know my son and I will definitely be back for phone repairs here . These guys took it as a challenge to fix my old Samsung phone. They charged me very little for fixing my cell phone problem. I got it back today and it works!
