Update: They fixed their mistake and gave my mom a new phone free of charge and helped her get her data back on her phone and gave her a new sim card without having her pay a dime. She really appreciated the work they did to make everything right for her and apologized and made a police report as well.

Highly recommended Don’t buy a new phone until you check if your old phon just needs a battery or new screen…. Much cheaper and quick!

Hard to beat a place that stands behind their work. My phone is like brand new.

We were both super happy. Also while browsing around in the front glass cabinet I saw a new Samsung S20 that I really liked so while I was there I bought a new phone. I even gave my old phone to the guys behind the counter for free . I know my son and I will definitely be back for phone repairs here . It was really good experience fast and quick at around 20 minutes.

This was my first experience with them, and it was very disappointing!! I drove an hour (one way) to their shop to buy an unlocked used phone that they had listed for sale. I had called to let them know that I was coming for it ahead of time. I got there and the phone wasn't charged at all so I had to wait for it to charge so that I could verify that it worked. I felt like since I notified them that I was on my way to purchase the phone that they could have already done this for me. I purchased the phone and went to my carrier to have it switched over to my account, except my carrier told me that the phone was not unlocked! I contacted them about the issue and they told me to come back to their store for them to take a look. Sure enough after just a few moments they confirmed that it wasn't unlocked as they had told me it was originally. They were nice about it- refunded my money and offered me a basic phone model for a small discount off of the price since it was their mistake. However, the phone that I wanted was better quality and the whole reason that I had made the drive to begin with. I understand that mistakes happen but when you sell used phones, that's one of the main things that has to be checked is the carrier status. I wasted an entire evening (and expensive gas) driving all over Louisville to sort this out, just to walk away empty-handed and severely disappointed.
