This was my first experience with them, and it was very disappointing!! I drove an hour (one way) to their shop to buy an unlocked used phone that they had listed for sale. I had called to let them know that I was coming for it ahead of time. I got there and the phone wasn't charged at all so I had to wait for it to charge so that I could verify that it worked. I felt like since I notified them that I was on my way to purchase the phone that they could have already done this for me. I purchased the phone and went to my carrier to have it switched over to my account, except my carrier told me that the phone was not unlocked! I contacted them about the issue and they told me to come back to their store for them to take a look. Sure enough after just a few moments they confirmed that it wasn't unlocked as they had told me it was originally. They were nice about it- refunded my money and offered me a basic phone model for a small discount off of the price since it was their mistake. However, the phone that I wanted was better quality and the whole reason that I had made the drive to begin with. I understand that mistakes happen but when you sell used phones, that's one of the main things that has to be checked is the carrier status. I wasted an entire evening (and expensive gas) driving all over Louisville to sort this out, just to walk away empty-handed and severely disappointed.

These guys took it as a challenge to fix my old Samsung phone. They charged me very little for fixing my cell phone problem. I got it back today and it works! I had one little issue after having my phone fixed and they took care of it immediately. Move me to the front of the line and fixed the tiny issue in 20 minutes. Hard to beat a place that stands behind their work. My phone is like brand new.
